Women Empowerment
We at KJR Foundation believes that Women Empowerment is Nation's Empowerment. Women Empowerment also leads to more economic benefits not to the individuals but to the society and to the Nation as well.
Women Empowerment refers to increasing and improving the social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure equal-right to women, and to make them confident enough to claim their rights. Women are increasingly participating in the national development process. They are making the nation proud by their outstanding performances almost every spheres including medical science, social service, engineering, etc.
Women Empowerment Campaigns by KJR Foundation :
- Since the existence of the KJR foundation we have done several Campaigns to educate and empower the women in kurnool District.
- The KJR Foundation's Founder K.J.Reddy is aimed to bring the Women empowerment with his 2 Mega Projects.
Elcina Raaga mayuri Electronic Park:
This Electronics park is coming at Hindupur assembly Segment in Anantapur District, It is inaugurated by C.M Nara Chandrababu Naidu Garu in April 2016. 25,000 Jobs are going to be generated by this electronic park.
- In this Electronic park 40% Jobs are allocated only to the Women.
- Nearly 10,000 plus Jobs will be created by this Electronics park
- The Equal salaries would be paid to the women compared to men
- In this Electronics Park the Preparation will be given to the local women in Rayalaseema.
Raaga Mayuri Mega Food Park:
The Food park is coming near by kurnool and the food processing centres will be held in Kurnool,kadapa and Anantapur.
- In this Food Park 30% Jobs allocated only to the Women.
- Nearly 10,000 Jobs will be generated by the food park for Women
- Indirectly 1lak farmers would be benefited by the food park
