In our Rayalaseema the young people are facing problems with Lack of Good communication Skills and Technical Skills to face the Interviews to Grab the Jobs.

This is the major problem to the youth in Rayalaseema. Despite having good academic skills, there is lack in skill Development across the India and especially in Rayalaseema.

In addressing this problem KJR Foundation Came up with Skill Development Centers to the youth of Rayalaseema in helping them to overcome their Problems.KJR foundation is working on steps to be take to improve the skill percentage of its youth for a better job , life and future prospects.

Skill Development Campaigns by KJR Foundation :

1. KJR Foundation has done several Campaigns for the unemployed youth in
   • Communication Skills Development
   • Personality Development
   • Technical Skills Development
2. We planned to establish 9 Skill Development Centers in Revenue Headquarters to train the Unemployed in Rayalaseema.
3. We Developed a web portal and Android app Rayalaseema Jobs for easily providing the Job openings in Rayalaseema Region.
